Bangabandhu Inter University 2019 Sports Champs

Ministry of Youth and Sports of People’s Republic of Bangladesh organized “Bangabandhu Inter-University Sports Champs 2019” in participation of public and private universities of the country. Among 10 major events, Table Tennis was one of them.

Inter University Table Tennis Championship sponsored by Polar Ice Cream took place in North South University between 11 April to 16 April 2019. Both public and private universities with 54 numbers participated in the tournament. 

In Male Singles Daffodil International University won beating Independent University in 4 – 3 sets
In Female Singles Jahangirnagar University beat Jagannath University by 4 – 0 sets

In Mens Doubles Sonargaon University won by beating North South University in 3 – 0 sets
In Female Doubles North South University won in 3 – 1 sets against Dhaka University

In Mixed set Jagannath University beat North South University in 3 -1 sets
