Visit to টেবিল টেনিস সংস্থা, Rangpur

On 15^th June 2024, during the Eid holidays, we made an unexpected visit to টেবিল টেনিস সংস্থা, Rangpur prominently located in the heart of the city.

Established in the year of 1960, at present the organization is under the District Administration of Rangpur. The organization has a glorious past when players from the subcontinent used to come and take part in various tournaments organized by the organization. At present the organization is quite well equipped with four tables and the floor is covered by proper TT floor mat. The arena has a gallery where people can sit and enjoy the games. Children and grown ups regularly come and take lessons or practice with the TT elites of Rangpur.

Being eid holidays, we had the opportunity to meet the TT elites of Rangpur and spend a part of the evening with them. For the first time met Mihir Sen, Siblings Rinku- Russel, Abdur Razzak Chowdhury  Mubel, Joy, Priotosh Ayan, proud father of Ridoy, Forhad Ahmed. Rifat Chowdhury, Deboprio Sarker Shommo, Ridoy Ahmed were those who were our previous acquaintance.

The evening ended with dinner at The Kitchen owned by Shommo and his family.
